If you decide to celebrate your party in De Schaapskooi, there is the possibility to conclude a cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy terms
This policy applies to the following cancellations: Illness, accident, and death of essential participants (the ones for whom the event is being held) and family members of the essential participants in the first and second degree.
For cancellation due to illness, it is essential that the sick person is under medical treatment and a statement is issued upon request.
With this policy, you are no longer liable for the costs arising from the above-mentioned forced cancellation.
Damage is handled in accordance with the Uniform Horeca Conditions.
This also means that if you have made a deposit, it will be fully refunded to you.
The premium for taking out this arrangement is 4% of the reservation value.
The minimum premium is € 25.00.
