Terms and Conditions In order to provide you with the service you expect from De Schaapskooi, it is of utmost importance that your wishes are communicated in a timely manner. This is to prevent misunderstandings and ensure a perfect handling of your event. The following aspects are an important part of organizing your event. Uniform Conditions Hospitality All agreements entered into by our company are subject to the Uniform Conditions Hospitality (UVH). These UVH are binding for everyone who uses our services. View the Uniform Conditions Hospitality . Option & changes After the expiry of the option period, or without confirmation or deposit, De Schaapskooi is free to rent the space to others. Changes in numbers are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event. If these changes are not communicated or not communicated in time, the reserved number will be charged. Cancellation Policy It is possible to agree on a cancellation policy. The premium is 4% of the estimated amount. A cancellation must always be submitted in writing. For any costs, we refer you to the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry . Deposit and payment event For all festivities, we create a budget. We ask you to transfer 50% of the total estimated amount to our bank account number 14 days before the start of your event. The final invoice will be sent to you after the event. Payment We accept not only cash and debit card payments, but also chip, Visa, Eurocard, American Express, and Diners Club. VAT Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
